بخشي از واقعيت سند 2030 با عنوان «آموزش با کيفيت و برابر» «آموزش برابر» از نظر يونسکو يعني چه؟ متن زير توضيحي است که سايت يونسکو درباره ي اهداف سند ارائه داده است: Goal 4. Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all UNESCO recognises that no country can achieve Sustainable Development Goal 4 - to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all - if students are discriminated against or experience violence because of their actual or perceived sexual orientation and gender identity. Violence based on sexual orientation and gender identity/expression is often directed at lesbian, gay and bisexual students (homophobia) and transgender students (transphobia), and others whose gender expression does not fit into binary gender norms, such as boys perceived as effeminate and girls perceived as masculine. As such, it is a form of gender-based violence. It includes physical, sexual and psychological violence and bullying. A student is bullied when exposed repeatedly over time to aggressive behaviour that intentionally inflicts injury or discomfort through physical contact, verbal attacks, fighting or psychological manipulation. ... facilitate action in selected countries to prevent and address homophobic and transphobic violence in educational settings. http://en.unesco.org/themes/school-violence-and-bullying/homophobic-transphobic-violence خلاصه متن فوق: از نظر يونسکو فقط وقتي کشورها هدف چهار سند2030 را تحقق بخشيده اند که آموزش و پرورشي فراگير و عادلانه براي همه فراهم کنند از جمله در مورد هويت جنسي دانش آموزان. دانش آموزان در خصوص گرايش جنسي خود اعم از «همجنسباز»(اعم از gay يا lesbian)، يا «ترنس جندر» نبايد مورد هيچ گونه خشونتي اعم از زباني يا بدني و... قرار گيرد. يونسکو مي تواند درباره ي پيشگيري از اعمال خشونت در چنين کشورهايي اقداماتي را تسهيل کند. يونسکو در مهمترين بند سند به دنبال به رسميت شناختن آموزش هم جنس بازان و اعلام عمومي آن از طريق تاسيس يک مدرسه خاص است. يونسکو از جمهوري اسلامي به دليل پيشگامي در زمينه سازي براي اجراي سند 2030 تقدير کرد! بر اساس گزارش سند ملي آموزش در صفحه 7 پارگراف اول، بخشي از اقدامات اجرايي ايران به يونسکو گزارش شده است و جمهوري اسلامي به دليل به يک کشور پيشگام در تمهيد زمينه هاي اجراي سند مورد تقدير قرار گرفته است «زم است ذکر شود که بخش از ان اقدامات انجام گرفته، بهعنوان گزارش عملکرد جمهوري اسم اران در طرح پماش ظرفت سازي آموزش2030 که توسط دفتر منطقه اي آموزش ونسکو در بانکوك اجرا شد، به ونسکو ارائه گردد و جمهوري اسم اران بهعنوان ک از کشورهاي پشگام در منطق آسا و اقانوسه در زمن آمادگ و تمهد تدارکات زم براي اجراي آموزش2030 مورد تقدر قرار گرفت.»( سند ملي آموزش 2030، ص6) #وحيد_يامين_پور - اويس.
